Diesel, Heating Oil Prices Head Back Up

Diesel and heating oil prices continue on their rollercoaster ride in New Brunswick.

Prices changed for the third day in a row Thursday night, this time heading upwards.

You are now paying about eight cents per litre more for both fuels after the Energy and Utilities Board invoked its interrupter clause.

Maximum prices are now set at $2.50 per litre for diesel and $2.24 per litre for heating oil.

Prices for both fuels went up nearly eight cents on Tuesday night before dropping more than 27 cents on Wednesday night.

Gasoline prices did not change on Thursday night. Regular self-serve remains at a maximum of $1.46 per litre.
