Police say they have arrested a person of interest following an attempted armed robbery in Moncton.
Mounties say a person armed with a knife entered a Mountain Road business around 4 a.m. on Sept. 13.
The person demanded money but fled the scene empty-handed before officers arrived.
On Thursday, RCMP released surveillance footage photos in an effort to identify a person of interest.
Mounties say a man was arrested on Friday and is scheduled to appear in court on Saturday.
