More N.B. Temperature Records Broken On Sunday

Many people did something this weekend that doesn’t usually happen in early November — they headed to the beach.

Environment Canada says temperature records were broken again on Sunday.

Fredericton reached a high of 23.1°C, breaking the old record of 20.6°C set in 1959.

The high of 20.6°C in Grand Manan shattered the previous record of 16°C set in 1982.

In the Kouchibouguac area, the high of 23°C broke the old record of 21.1°C set in 1938.
