N.S. Man Charged In Stabbing in Moncton

A Halifax, Nova Scotia man is facing charges following a stabbing in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Thirty-four-year-old Allen Dean Frederick Sanford is charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats.

RCMP responded to St. George Street, at around 12:20 am on October 8th, where they found a 32-year-old man with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Sanford was arrested near a home on Alma Street a couple of hours later.

He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing on November 8th.
