Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his MPs are in New Brunswick for the next couple of days.

The planning session comes a week before Parliament returns from its summer break.

Residents in Saint Andrews will notice an increased security presence in the town on Monday and Tuesday.

Checkpoints have been set up on Harriet Street at Reed Avenue, on Prince of Wales Street at Harriet Street, and on Prince of Wales Street at Elizabeth Street.

Several streets are also closed, including Mary Street at Parr Street, Adolphus Street at Parr Street, Carleton Street at Elizabeth Street, Harriet Street at Champlain Avenue, and Acadia Road at Champlain Avenue.
