Sackville Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

A 72-year-old man from Sackville has died in a motorcycle crash in Saint-Léonard.

RCMP says the collision happened on Tuesday afternoon on Route 17, in Saint-Léonard.

The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

It’s believed the driver crossed onto the shoulder of the road and lost control.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation and an autopsy will be scheduled to determine the man’s exact cause of death.

The highway was closed for approximately two hours, but has since been re-opened.
