A fire in a home on Hillsborough Road has left three people displaced.
The Canadian Red Cross says the fire started at around 9am Tuesday morning.
Two adults and a child managed to escape without injuries.
They are being assisted with emergency lodging, meals, clothing and other basic needs.
Riverview Fire Chief Robin True says the fire was contained to one room in the basement, but there is extensive water and smoke damage in the rest of the residence.
Twenty firefighters helped to battle the blaze, with two engine trucks, one aerial and one rescue truck on scene.
Ambulance New Brunswick, RCMP and NB Power also assisted.
