Human Rights Commission Accepting Nominations For Top Award

The New Brunswick Human Rights Commission is accepting nominations for the 2022 Human Rights Award.

The award is presented each year to New Brunswickers who have made exceptional contributions to advancing human rights, equality, diversity, and inclusion in the province.

The commission also presents the annual Youth Human Rights Award to celebrate young New Brunswickers’ commitment to building a better future for the province.

In 2021, the Human Rights Award was presented to PRUDE Inc. of Saint John and the Youth Human Rights Award to Bailey Desjardins of Grand Manan.

For 2022, the commission will accept nominations until May 31.
