The Town of Riverview is getting another roundabout and drivers are being asked to be patient during construction which will begin next week.
Starting Monday at 6:30 a.m., town officials say the intersection of Pine Glen Road with Pinewood Road will be fully closed to traffic for seven weeks – including weekends.
The town says there will still be access to all businesses in the area.
Detours will be marked for drivers while pedestrians and cyclists will be asked to follow signage and directions from a flag person on-site.
The extended closure is necessary to build the roundabout.
Town officials expect construction will be finished by Friday, June 24.
