Small Decrease Expected For N.B. Gas Prices

New Brunswickers may have mixed emotions about projected changes for fuel prices this week.

Gas prices are expected to drop by 1.5 cents per litre, according to Dan McTeague, the president of Canadians for Affordable Energy.

McTeague says the price of diesel could rise by 1 cent.

The Energy and Utilities Board will adjust prices at midnight tonight.

The current maximum price for regular self-serve is $1.49 per litre, while the maximum price for diesel is $1.56 per litre.
