Teacher Joins Moncton Wildcats Hockey Operations

A teacher is joining the Moncton Wildcats staff.

Rick Melanson is joining the club as the Assistant Director of Hockey Operations.

Melanson has been involved in the hockey industry for nearly 30 years helping to scout talent and develop young players.

He says he is excited to continue scouting and also being part of the day to day operations of the team.

With this new role, Melanson is retiring from his role for the past 32 years as a teacher at Harrison Trimble High School.
