After a one-year hiatus, Riverview is back to celebrating the beginning of Summer.
The 18th annual Sunfest kicked off on Saturday morning with Riverview’s first-ever town-wide Yard Sale.
Last year, the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in Riverview cancelling Sunfest.
“After cancelling Sunfest last year due to COVID-19, we’re enthusiastically welcoming the return of Riverview SUNFEST summer fun while following public health guidelines,” says Paulette Tingley, Youth and Community Coordinator for the Town of Riverview.
Riverview has also partnered with Cache Up NB, challenging residents to find the five Sunfest geocaches hidden in Mill Creek Nature Park.
This year, the Town is encouraging residents to partake in personal acts of reconciliation on July 1st.
