Man Rescued From Jonathan Creek

First responders were called to Jonathan Creek late Thursday afternoon after a man was spotted in the water near West Main Street.

Moncton Fire Platoon Chief Dennis Dollemont says the resident of an apartment building on Prince Street heard something in the creek around 4:30 p.m.

Dollemont says a man believed to be in his 40s was rescued from the creek and taken to hospital.

He thinks the man could have hypothermia since the water is very cold.
