Early Voting Turnout Up Over 2016 Numbers

More New Brunswickers came out to vote at advance polls in this municipal election than in 2016.

Paul Harpelle, a spokesperson for Elections New Brunswick, says 57,349 ballots were cast at advance polls on Saturday and Monday,

That’s an increase of 10,000 votes over the 2016 municipal vote, according to Harpelle.

Election day is Monday, May 10th, for most of New Brunswick.

Anyone living in the Edmundston and Upper Madawaska region will vote on May 25th.

All election results will be revealed that night.
