A positive case of COVID-19 has been identified at the Tim Horton’s at 280 Amirault Street in Dieppe.
The location has been temporarily closed for cleaning and sanitization as per public health guidelines and is expected to reopen later today.
In a corporate statement, Tim Horton’s says an employee tested positive for the virus and their last shift was Wednesday.
The employee is now self-isolating along with others who worked with them.
Tim Horton’s says the employees will be supported through a corporate and restaurant owner COVID-19 compensation fund to provide for any lost wages.
