RCMP Arrest Two People In Ongoing Drug Investigation

RCMP have seized drugs and cash as part of an ongoing investigation in Moncton.

Officers arrested two people in a parking lot on Vaughn Harvey on April 1st, after a search of a residence on West Street.

During the arrest and search, police seized what is believed to be cocaine, crack cocaine, cash and bear spray.

A 27-year-old man from Moncton remains in custody while he awaits a bail hearing on April 7.

A 31-year-old woman, also from Moncton, was released pending a court appearance in August.
