Few days left to register for Santa Claus Parade

Time is running out to be part of a holiday day tradition in Moncton.

There are only a few days left to enter your group or business for this year’s Santa Claus Parade.

Parade Coordinator Robert Gallant says the theme this year is going to back to the original, Festival of Lights, helping make decorating a little easier.

“We’ve got lots of great entries in this year. I’m actually encouraged to see a lot of new companies and organizations who are registering, but there is still room.”

Gallant adds, whether you are a float, marching or walking group, everyone is welcome – don’t hesitate to reach out.

“If you’re a first time and you’re nervous, give me a call and I’ll walk you through what it takes to get an entry in.”

Register online at parademoncton.ca, with the deadline on November 8th at midnight.

The parade this year is November 23 starting at 5 p.m. in downtown Moncton.
