Warmest Halloween on record for some regions in N.B.

It was a busy night for trick-or-treaters, maybe because of the weather.

There were record-setting temperatures for October 31.

Greater Moncton hit temperatures of around 22.2 degrees, with a higher humidity than that.

The old record was 20 degrees set in 1901.

St. Stephen also felt warm temperatures, with highs of 23.7 degrees smashing old records from 1956 of 20.6 degrees.

Grand Manan hit a high of 16.7 which also just slipped by the old record of 16.5 set in 1999.
