Slight changes in N.B. for fuel prices

You’re paying less for gasoline this week in New Brunswick.

Diesel and furnace oil dipped, but barely by just 0.3 three cents a litre.

Regular self-serve fuel is also down. The maximum decreased to $1.59, that’s one cent a litre cheaper than it was on Thursday.

The Energy and Utilities Board made its weekly price changes overnight. Diesel is at a maximum of $1.72 this week, while furnace oil sits at $1.43.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.55 to $1.59 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.67 and $1.71 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.62 per litre, diesel costs around $1.78 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.22 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
