Champlain Place sold to Westcliff Management Ltd.

The largest regional shopping centre in New Brunswick is now under new ownership.

Champlain Place has been purchased by Westcliff Manasgement Limited, a privately owned real estate development and management company.

The centre located in Dieppe is over 784, 000 square feet and sits on a 60-acre site with over 150 stores.
