Parts Of Dieppe Under Boil Water Order

A boil water order is now in effect in parts of Dieppe.

This is due to a water main break on Amirault Street on Sunday.

There order affects properties located between 2071 and 2685 Amirault, between 16 and 19 Leonide, between 301 and 818 Dover, all properties located in the Domaine Dover Estates as well as all properties located on Freda, Marco, Kristian, J.F.Bourgeois, Vézina, Raphaël, Joanne, Carter and Bayview.

Residents should bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before consuming.

This includes water being used for drinking, preparing infant formulas and juices, washing fruits and vegetables, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and making coffee/tea or juice

It is not necessary to boil water used for other household purposes such as bathing, showering, laundry or washing hands and dishes.

A notice will be issued when the boil order is lifted.
