Fire has extensively damaged a room at the Northend Learning Centre on Gorge Road.
Moncton Fire says they arrived on scene just after 5am this morning, where they found a broken window and heavy smoke.
The fire was contained to the one room, but there was smoke damage throughout.
The Fire Investigator is on scene now, trying to determine a cause.
