Pedestrian Dies Following Collision

A 26-year-old Moncton man has died from the injuries he suffered after a single-vehicle collision on Elmwood Drive last week.

Last Tuesday (September 27) around 6 a.m., Codiac RCMP were called to a collision involving a pedestrian.

The driver of the vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries and later released.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with what were believed to be life-threatening injuries.

The man died in hospital on Saturday.

No word on possible charges as the investigation continues.
