Town Of Riverview Temporarily Closing Section Of Gunningsville Boulevard

Motorists who use Gunningsville Boulevard in Riverview will want to take note.

A section between Coverdale Road and Pinewood Road is closing starting on May 18th for three weeks.

It will be shutting down on weekdays from 6:30am to 7:30pm.

This is to allow for the construction of a roundabout, that is part of the Bridgedale Boulevard Phase 1 project.

The $5.5 million project will connect Bridgedale to Gunningsville Boulevard and to Hillsborough Road.

This new extension will also connect to a new recreation centre that is expected to be built by 2023.
