Mindfulness Program In NB To Assist in Lowering Stress During COVID-19

In an effort to help improve mental wellness in New Brunswick, the province has launched a 30 day mindfulness challenge

It has partnered with MindWell-U to provide information on ways to lower stress, increase resiliency and improve wellbeing.

The challenge starts every Monday and takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Programs include a live webinar series, which will focus on a new topic each month, and there are also weekly drop in classes.
