RCMP Officers Investigate Incident At U de M

Reports of a large presence of RCMP officers at Universite de Moncton last night raised concerns from nearby residents.

Staff-Sergeant Dave MacDonnell says they received information of a threat at the Leopold-Taillon building.

Officers went to the scene at around 7:30pm, but after an investigation, nothing was found.

MacDonnell says the investigation is ongoing to try and determine the source of the threat.
