ANBL Remains Open During COVID-19 Pandemic

NB Liquor is one of just a few stores in the province that has so far, remained open through the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a news release, President and CEO Patrick Parent says ANBL will continue operating as long as it is safe to do so based on the advice and recommendations of the public health officials.

The Crown Corporation stated the health and safety of employees and customers is a priority.

They have increased sanitizing practices within stores, and have also discontinued all tastings and growler fills temporarily.

As an added precaution, starting tomorrow, they will only be accepting payment by debit or credit card.

The Chief Medical Officer of Health made recommendations yesterday that businesses including bars, theatres and restaurants that offer buffets close their doors.
