One month to YQM CountryFest

At this time next month, over 20,000 country music fans will be set to converge on Greater Moncton.

The third annual YQM CountryFest is planned for August 22-24 on the MusiquART site in Dieppe

RCMP Inspector Jonathan White says preparations are underway to ensure public safety.

“The dedicated command team continues preparing for the YQM festival in August. This three-day event will lead to an enormous increase in people in the Codiac area. Our dedicated team is assessing the operations and focusing on the operations at the concert site and operations throughout our area to ensure the safety of all participants who attend.”

YQM Country Fest will bring acts including Luke Combs, Jason Aldean and Bailey Zimmerman to the region.
