This is to allow for snow clearing operations to take place throughout the city.
Non-compliant vehicle owners may face a fine and their vehicle may be towed at their expense.
Downtown Overnight Parking restrictions will be lifted when conditions warrant, otherwise the parking ban will remain in place until the spring.
