Upper Coverdale Man Accused Of First Degree Murder Makes Court Appearance

A man charged with the first degree murder, will remain behind bars.

Fifty-one-year-old Donald Kyle appeared in court yesterday.

The case was put over to October 30th, while the accused gets a lawyer.

Nineteen-year-old Evan Straight was found with what appeared to be a gunshot wound at a home on Osprey Road in Upper Coverdale on Sunday night.

He was taken to hospital where he later died of his injuries.

Kyle was arrested the same night.
