Fredericton Man Charged With Second Degree Murder

A man has been charged with second degree murder after a stabbing near Fredericton.

RCMP were called to a home on Gorham Court in Lincoln on Sunday night after reports of two men in a fight.

When police arrived, they found a man had been stabbed.

The suspect fled the area on foot.

60 year old Peter Mollins of Fredericton was arrested on Monday night and charged with second degree murder.

RCMP have identified the victim as 50-year-old Michael Sacobie.
