A 22-year-old Moncton man has died following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 11 in Kouchibouguac.
Around 6:30 Wednesday morning, Richibucto RCMP were called to a crash between a southbound tow truck and a northbound transport truck.
The driver of the tow truck died at the scene while the transport truck driver was not hurt.
No one else was in the vehicles.
Police believe the tow truck crossed the centre line and hit the rear of the transport truck.
It was raining at the time of the collision which is still under investigation.
