Contigo Kids Water Bottles Recalled

A recall has been issued for certain Contigo Kids cleanable water bottles, due to a choking hazard.

This affects water bottles with the black colour spout and cover.

It comes in three sizes, 13, 14 and 20 ounces and in four different colors.

Around 157, 000 of the bottles were sold in Canada between April 2018 and June 2019 individually or in packs of two and three.

As of August 20th, Contigo has received 30 reports in Canada of the spout detaching.

If you have one of these bottles, you should stop using it immediately and contact Contigo for a replacement lid.

For more information, consumers may contact Contigo toll-free at 888-262-0622 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit the company’s website.
