Moncton Woman Experiences Raptors Fever In Toronto

Toronto Raptors fans will be glued to their TV’s tonight, as they take on the Golden State Warriors in game 5.

A Moncton woman, who is in Toronto, says everyone has Raptors fever.

Meaghan Deveaux says it certainly is a basketball city right now, “It is so energetic. Everywhere you go, anytime of the day, any business you go into , the Raptors are well represented.”

She tried to get a Raptors t-shirt while she was there, but the stores are sold out.

Deveaux says “I think tonight is going to be crazy. I know they have already closed off have some streets in downtown Toronto in preparation of what could happen tonight.”

With a win tonight, the Raptors will make history, being the first ever Canadian team to win the championship.

The Raptors lead the Warriors in the series 3 games to one.

Tonight’s game gets underway at 10 o’clock.
