Donations Still Needed For Out Of Cold Shelter

The Out of the Cold Shelter has been open for just over a week and the City of Moncton has provided an update on how things are going.

The shelter on Assomption Boulevard is averaging around 30 people per night.

The Salvus Clinic held its first volunteer session last week and around 30 people attended. More sessions are expected to be announced in the near future.

Donations are still needed but they are running short on, warm outdoor clothing, socks and underwear, as well as gift cards for local coffee shops, in increments of $5 to $10.
