School buses in Southeast N.B. running one hour late

We can expect freezing drizzle in the southern and northeastern parts of the province this morning.

Environment Canada has issued a freezing drizzle advisory for areas including Saint John, Moncton, and Southeast New Brunswick, Sussex, and Kennebecasis Valley.

This could affect driving conditions as it mixes with snow. Roadways could become slippery.

The road conditions are also affecting school buses. Anglophone East and Francophone South school buses in the southeastern part of the province are running one hour late. This impacts Bouctouche, Cocagne, Saint-Paul, Sainte-Marie, Notre-Dame and Saint-Antoine Dieppe and Memramcook, Moncton, Saint-Louis, Richibucto, Rogersville, Baie-Sainte-Anne and Miramichi area Shédiac, Grande-Digue, Grand-Barachois and the Cap-Pelé area.

This also comes as crews in Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick are cleaning up a 20-centimetre snowfall and lots of blowing snow from over the weekend.
