Five former World Junior hockey players are due in court Monday.

Four NHLers and a former Ottawa Senator have surrendered to police in London, Ontario.

It’s in relation to the sexual assault of a woman in 2018 after a Hockey Canada event.

Carter Hart, Dillon Dube, Michael McLeod, Cal Foote and Alex Formenton are all facing one count of sexual assault, according to court documents.

McLeod is also facing a charge for being a ‘party to the offence.’

All of the players are on an approved leave from their clubs.

Their lawyers have all provided statements saying their clients will defend themselves in court.

London Police are expected to hold a news conference later Monday
