Codiac Transpo introducing free U12 pass

A new bus pass to be offered in Moncton and Riverview will make it more affordable for families to ride Codiac Transpo.

The transit provider is launching a U12 pass, giving children unlimited free access for travel, when accompanied by someone over the age of 12.

“By introducing the U12 pass, we hope to make public transportation more accessible and convenient for families in the tri-community,” says Angela Allain, director of public transit. “This initiative not only encourages sustainable travel but also provides an opportunity for children to learn about public transportation and become familiar with the benefits it offers.”

Residents can apply for passes for each child by going onto the Codiac Transpo website.

If you live in Dieppe, you should apply for the Dieppe youth bus pass.
