Fatal crash in LSD of Drummond

A 31-year-old Grand Falls woman has died following a crash in the LSD of Drummond.

RCMP says the vehicle driver died at the scene as a result of her injuries.

The crash happened on Route 108 at around 2:40 am Sunday morning.

It’s believed the driver lost control, drove off of the road, and crashed into a power pole.

Members of the Drummond Fire Department, Ambulance New Brunswick, and NB Power also attended the scene. An RCMP Collision Reconstructionist and a member of the New Brunswick Coroner’s Office are assisting with the ongoing investigation
