Breakfast program donations needed for less fortunate

St. George’s Anglican Church is once again helping the less fortunate this winter.

Last year, it provided over 2000 meals, 200 showers and 150 loads of laundry per month, through an Outreach program.

They’re now looking for cans of coffee, orange and apple juice and monetary donations to support a breakfast program as the weather continues to get colder.

There are several drop-off locations:

  • St. George’s Anglican Church, 51 Church St, in Moncton, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm

  • Dieppe donations can be dropped off from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm at Dolphin Village Specialty Foods 93 Dawson Street

  • In Riverview, a box will be at the door by the cash registers at Jean Coutu, 483 Coverdale Rd during business hours

  • If you would like to give a monetary donation with a tax receipt, you can send an e-transfer marked “OUTREACH” to office@stgeorgesmoncton.ca (please email your name and address in a separate email) or mail/drop off a cheque or cash to 51 Church St, Moncton, NB. E1C 4Z3
