4th Annual Snowflake Campaign Underway For What Kids Need Moncton

If you are looking for a way to give back this Christmas, What Kids Need Moncton is one of the many organizations looking for donations this Christmas.

This is their 4th year for their Snowflake Campaign.

It started with just 200 children, and this year they are up to 335, but they haven’t even reached their registration deadline yet.

Founder and President Amanda Pooley says there are specific items they’re looking for, “The teenagers are the hardest ones to shop for. Jewelry, scarves, and makeup for the girls, and gift cards are always good for that age. The boys like cars and girls like princesses, those types of toys are always popular. We always need lots of those.”

If you’d like to register your child, Pooley says they look for specific information, “You have to put your child’s name in and birthdate, sizes and interests, and any other information that can help us to match up the right items with your family.”

Pooley says no child has ever gone without for their program..
