P.E.I. man killed in Saint-Louis-de-Kent collision

A 24-year-old man is dead following a crash in Saint-Louis-de-Kent.

It happened on Saturday after the driver of a pickup truck lost control on Cap Saint Louis Road and went into the ditch.

RCMP says the driver from Albion, P.E.I., died at the scene.

A 28-year-old man who was a passenger was taken to hospital with what were believed to be minor injuries.

Members of the Richibucto RCMP detachment, the Saint-Louis-de-Kent Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick assisted at the scene.

An autopsy will be done to determine the man’s exact cause of death.
