Big spike expected in N.B. fuel prices

If you’re in need of fuel, make time to fill up on Thursday night.

Industry sources tell us gas prices are going to jump when the Energy and Utilities Board makes its price adjustment at midnight.

Regular self-serve is expected to rise by over six cents a litre.

Diesel users will get hit with an almost eight-cent increase.

Maximum prices currently range from $1.87 for regular self-serve to $2.07 for diesel.
