Prime Minister celebrates PEI Pride

Pride was the focus for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over the weekend.

He made stops in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Trudeau arrived in Moncton on Friday evening.

According to social media, he met with members of the LGBTQ-plus community to discuss issues they’re facing, along with Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe MP Ginette Petitpas Taylor.

On Saturday, the Prime Minister crossed the Confederation Bridge for the PEI Pride parade.
