A 29-year old man from Elsipogtog First Nation is facing a drug trafficking charge following a drug seizure.
The man was arrested last Thursday when Southeast District RCMP found prescription pills, money and drug paraphernalia at a home on the First Nation.
They also discovered a loaded firearm, and prohibited weapons.
Noel Sock appeared in Moncton court today, and was released on conditions.
The RCMP say the investigation is ongoing, and further charges are possible.
