New Brunswick’s health care system is getting an injection of 25 new family doctors.
That’s according to the provincial health department which says this could mean about 20,000 more New Brunswickers will have access to a family doctor which they say will mean almost eliminating the wait list for this part of the primary care system.
How will these doctors get distributed? The province says based on current vacancies, priorities that the health authorities have identified and data from Patient Connect NB.
