Applications are now being accepted for this year’s facade development program in downtown Moncton.
The program that has been running for the past four years, and it has offered financial assistance to commercial property and business owners who are planning to do outside renovations, and restorations.
Executive Director for Downtown Moncton-Centreville Inc Anne Poirier-Basque says there are a number of projects that can be done including door replacements, cameras, lighting, landscaping, and signage. It’s anything that is going to improve the facade of your property.
In the program, successful applicants are given 50 per cent of the cost of their project to a maximum of $3000.
