Two youths have been charged more than a year after a fatal all-terrain vehicle crash near Bathurst.
RCMP say two ATVs collided on Route 11 near Beresford on the evening of May 3, 2024.
A 15-year-old boy, who was a passenger on one of the ATVs, died at the scene.
One of the drivers suffered serious injuries while the other received minor injuries.
Two 16-year-old youths have been charged with dangerous driving causing death.
They are scheduled to appear in Bathurst Youth Court on June 26.
