Hospice SENB Helping Those “Coping With The Holidays”

The holidays aren’t always a cheerful time of year.

Hospice of Southeast New Brunswick is offering a free session for those who are “Coping with the Holidays”

Executive Director Frances Leblanc says, “During the holidays, for many, it can be really conflicting because, on one hand, you want to participate in the excitement and live these special moments with families but on the other hand you may have experienced loss lately.”

Leblanc says this session will offer tips and support and tools to help you get through the holiday season, “What coping strategies have helped you in the past? Perhaps there’s something that you want to prioritize over the holidays. Which events do you want to participate in, and being okay to say no to those that you don’t.”

It is being held at the Lions Club on Pleasant Street from 6:30 pm to 8 pm on December 12th.

It is free of charge, but you must register.
