Quebec man dead in Bouctouche crash

A crash in Bouctouche has left one dead and two others injured.

RCMP say the crash happened on Thursday morning on Route 11.

It’s believed a 66-year-old man driving a pickup truck crossed the centre line and collided with a transport truck.

The man from Val D’Espoir, Quebec, was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

A 35-year-old woman who was a passenger in the same vehicle suffered what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The 55-year-old transport driver was also taken to the hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

RCMP, Bouctouche Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick also responded to the scene.
